Fairly clean, affordable hotel with absolutely perfect location in an industrial area off the highway. Location so close to Ioannina for a congress, Close to the center of city and the restaurant and bar and reception.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The hotel had a fantastic and pleasant atmosphere, making our stay enjoyable. Its perfect location allowed us to easily walk to nearby restaurants, bars, and beautiful gardens. We appreciated being within short walking distance of all the places we needed to visit.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect - close to the center of the city but still nestled in a green oasis on the outskirts of Ioannina. The hotel itself was a great value for money, providing basic amenities and comfortable rooms with a nice balcony. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making us feel truly welcomed. And last but not least, the breakfast served on the terrace was simply delightful, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The staff was incredibly nice and customer-centric, always offering helpful travel information. The rooms were cozy, furnished well, and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The location was great in terms of easily accessible sites. the pool was a special treat, and the hotel had a great atmosphere in the evening.
Breakfast shall be improved both in quality, variety of food, and availability. The music by the pool was quite loud from 10:00 to 20:00.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away just outside the city core but still close enough to enjoy all the attractions of Ioannina. The location is a perfect balance of being in a green oasis on the outskirts of town while still being in the centre of the beautiful town of Ioannina. The staff at this hotel is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a nice balcony to enjoy the views. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast that was served each morning.
Everything was just perfect at this hotel.
